General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the legal agreement between nabji and its users. All services provided through the nabji platform — online casino games, sports betting, live casino, and fishing games — are governed by these Terms.
nabji is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and responsible online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met to use nabji's services:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must manage the account personally and voluntarily.
- You are not included on any self-exclusion list.
- Your account is not being operated on behalf of another person.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, nabji reserves the right to immediately close all accounts and forfeit deposited funds.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email address — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure, and all unpaid winnings will be considered void.
3.3 Password Security
Keep your account login details completely confidential. nabji will never ask for login details via email or phone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The user bears full responsibility for the security of their account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
nabji conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure a safe gaming environment. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to cooperate with KYC verification may result in withdrawals and account privileges being temporarily suspended.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Payment methods currently accepted at nabji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited. Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase during verification processes or if unusual activity is suspected.
Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless nabji approves otherwise. Withdrawals will be processed to the same KYC-verified account.
4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Cancellation
nabji reserves the right to reject any deposit or suspend any withdrawal if fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, our compliance team will make contact.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
nabji offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.
If sufficient wagering is not completed within the set time limit to meet the wagering requirements, the bonus will be automatically cancelled. The original deposited amount will remain unchanged.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own rules, which are provided in detail on the offer page.
- A bonus may only be claimed once, not multiple times.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred to another person.
- If nabji detects suspicious bonus usage, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
nabji offers betting on a range of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting markets and odds are set by nabji and may change at any time. Once a bet is accepted it cannot be cancelled, however if a match is cancelled or suspended by the relevant authority, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
6.2 Casino Games
nabji's casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games. All games are operated to ensure fairness and fair play. The game providers' own rules may also apply.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a technical error affects the outcome of a game or betting session, nabji reserves the right to void that round and refund the deposited amount. nabji is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nabji platform:
- Participating in money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
- Fraud, deception, or using another person's identity.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using software bots or automated systems to operate games.
- Colluding with other users with the intent to cause financial harm.
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Processing third-party payments through the platform.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
VIP Program
nabji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers are advanced through regular gaming activity.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
VIP cashback and other benefits may change at nabji's discretion. VIP tier benefits apply in conjunction with other bonus terms and conditions.
Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 At the User's Request

9.2 By nabji
nabji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or compliance reasons. Legitimate deposits are generally refunded, though this may not apply in cases of fraud.
Limitation of Liability
nabji always strives to provide a safe and reliable platform. However, nabji is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by the user's internet disconnection.
- Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
- Consequences of account information being stored insecurely.
- Service interruptions due to legal or regulatory changes.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, server attacks, etc.).
Under no circumstances will nabji's total liability exceed the user's account balance at that time.
Privacy & Data Protection
nabji gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. All data transfers are secured using SSL encryption technology. Personal information is not sold or disclosed to third parties.

Changes to Terms
